Stakeholder Expectations Management: Learners will need to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and communication to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables. This involves regular status updates, transparent communication, and proactive stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.


Continuous Improvement: Learners will be expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Deliverables
