The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive onboarding and troubleshooting guide for new team members. This guide will serve as a foundational resource to help the support team efficiently address and resolve software-related issues encountered by users. The project will involve researching common software issues, documenting troubleshooting steps, and creating a structured onboarding process. By applying classroom knowledge of technical writing, software systems, and customer service, learners will develop a practical guide that aligns with industry standards. The project will focus on ensuring that the guide is user-friendly, detailed, and easily updatable to accommodate future software updates.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a detailed onboarding guide and a troubleshooting manual. The onboarding guide will outline the necessary steps for new team members to become familiar with Sense Traffic Pulse™ software. The troubleshooting manual will document common issues and their solutions. Both documents will be formatted professionally and include clear, concise instructions. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the guide's key features and benefits will be prepared for stakeholders.
