MeshTech aims to enhance its customer relationship management by organizing existing customer data, running targeted campaigns to acquire new customers, and nurturing relationships with existing ones. The project involves creating a streamlined process for data organization, ensuring that customer information is accurate and easily accessible. Learners will apply their knowledge of data management and marketing strategies to design and implement an email campaign aimed at acquiring new customers. Additionally, the project will focus on developing a follow-up strategy to maintain engagement with current customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed about MeshTech's offerings. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply classroom knowledge in data organization, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.
