The main goal for the project is to survey the current competitive landscape and plan a Go-To-Market strategy for the innovative health food based on Upcycled Coffee fruit. Tons of this fruit goes to waste during coffee beans extration.

The project will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Analyzing the current competitive landscape in the health food niche.

- Conducting market research to identify potential retail outlets for distribution.

- Developing an online ecommerce strategy for the product launch.

- Creating innovative ideas for customer uptake validation, such as Kickstarter.

- Planning A/B testing to determine the optimal pricing strategy for the launch.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

- A comprehensive analysis of the current competitive landscape in the health food niche.

- Market research report identifying potential retail outlets for distribution.

- Detailed online ecommerce strategy for the product launch.

- Innovative ideas for customer uptake validation, such as a plan for using Kickstarter.

- A/B testing plan and results to determine the optimal pricing strategy for the launch.

Final deliverables:

- A final report including the competitive landscape analysis, market research findings, ecommerce strategy, customer uptake validation plan, and A/B testing results.

- A presentation explaining all research and findings from the report.
