Some areas that we hope to analyze include, but are not limited to, sales cycle length, average sale price, average ROI/customer, buying behaviours, etc.
The student will look at trends and sales data from the year of 2022 and 2023 onward, looking at our data on the following platforms:
- UberEats
- DoorDash
- SkipTheDishes
The main goal of this internship is to understand and identify patterns in customer behavior and sales data, in order to make informed decisions about sales and marketing strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
At the end of this collaboration, we hope to have a detailed report of the key data that students gather. The data should reflect aspects of our sales cycle that we should be utilizing to make informed sales decisions.
The student findings should be organized in a way that is easy to draw upon and decisions will be made with the owners on what actions will be done moving forward.
Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
The use of Zoom, Google Meets, and Google apps to review.
The student will have access to the staff's personal lines in the case of any questions, or comments.

We are a local and family owned Japanese restaurant that have been in the community for more than 25 years. We serve a variety of Japanese dishes such as Sushi, Ramen and Donburis.
