Details

We are looking to develop an analog and then digital survey to inform benchmarks and ongoing development regarding sentiments of belonging in the workplace.

Using research and communications best practices, we would like students to review our current survey questions, and use them to build the digital survey by completing 100 analog surveys using our current lead database.

This survey will provide lead generation opportunities, help build our email marketing list, provide insight into belonging to share quarterly through our reports.

Deliverables

This questionnaire should consider:

  • Audience
  • Appropriate length
  • Question order
  • Bias considerations
  • Representative sample size
  • Value of data

The results of this survey should be useable and will be used to build & publish our Belonging Report.

Mentorship

Students will work directly with the founder to understand the history and vision for the Belonging Report along with the implications for developing a digital product to hit the market in 2023.

Students will be provided access to our portfolio of project management tools and prospect details after signing a confidentiality agreement.

Students will participate in a weekly update call for the length of the project to provide feedback to the business along with receive mentorship and coaching for ongoing success.
