Are you curious as to how companies innovated during the pandemic? Looking for research assistance in the area of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. I want to focus on any industry, preferably Canadian and/or the US that is small to medium sized. Smaller businesses have to use ingenuity to be able to make changes. Also, I am looking for not just digital solutions, I am looking for other innovative ideas that were used.

Innovation is really the key but also looking at what tools they used, and how did they actually do it. It is important to understand not just who they are but how did they achieve their goal. Did they use an outside consultant? Did they develop an innovation team internally? What frameworks did they use? These are just some of the questions I have as I think about how businesses survived these trying times.

I think this would require about 10 hours a week, and I am open to helping in whatever way I can.
