We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and fill our Digital Sales Representative role at ACC. The Digital Sales Representative will play a critical role in the expansion of our customer base. More specifically, the student will conduct business-to-customer outreach and facilitate meetings between potential tenants and homeowners, while guiding them through our unique matching process. In addition, the individual will aim to drive revenue growth and analyze the revenue cycle/sales processes to provide feedback on how they can be improved.

Deliverables

Responsibilities for a Digital Sales Representative will include:

  • Leveraging the company’s CRM system, HubSpot to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer outreach and interactions
  • Utilize communication channels, such as AirCall, to engage with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process
  • Actively facilitating and participating in virtual meetings between homeowners and potential tenants, while gaining an understanding of each parties’ needs
  • Working closely alongside the Marketing team to set achieve goals and align project strategies 
  • Paying close attention to the sales processes and strategizing ways in which it can be enhanced to promote customer acquisition and retention
  • Preparing thorough reports based on performance and presenting valuable insights to management
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with our team for mentorship throughout the project.


Regular meetings will be held.


We will be able to provide answers to questions regarding:

  • Current products and website design
  • Customer and industry insights
  • Input on choices, issues, or anything else students may encounter.


Students will also have the opportunity to request a meeting with the employer at any time.


Throughout the project, students will receive regular feedback to support continuous growth and improvement.
