The main goal of this project is to develop a mobile app for sweepstakes.ca that provides users with a seamless and engaging experience, allowing them to participate in sweepstakes, browse products, and stay updated with the latest offers. The app aims to drive user engagement, increase brand loyalty, and boost participation in sweepstakes draws on the sweepstakes.ca platform.

Deliverables
  1. Conceptualization and Planning: Define the purpose and objectives of the mobile app, identify key features, and conduct market research.
  2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create visual representations of the app's structure and user flow through wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  3. User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design: Design the app's UI, focusing on colors, typography, and visual elements to create an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
  4. Front-End Development: Implement the UI design using appropriate programming languages and frameworks, integrating interactive elements and animations.
  5. Back-End Development: Set up a server infrastructure and database, implement back-end logic for user registration, sweepstakes entries, and product purchases.
  6. API Integration: Connect the app to external services through APIs, enabling features like social media sharing or retrieving product information.
  7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure functionality and identify and resolve any bugs or errors.


The deliverable will be the app developed and working seamlessly to be posted for free on the Google Play Store and possibly IOS.

Mentorship

Students will work closely with Jeff who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
