We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

We are looking for a Student who can help with our social media

Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.

Deliverables

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

● Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

● Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, instagram timeline cover, profile pictures)

● Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

● Monitor website performance and social media activity (Google Analytics, Hootsuite)

● Manage our social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and engagement

● Create original text and video content, manage posts, and respond to followers

SKILL SET AND EXPERIENCE:

● Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

● Experience using Canva or other platform to create and schedule Social media posts

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision



Mentorship
Skills, knowledge and expertise

Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.

Hands-on support

Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.

Tools and/or resources

Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.

Regular meetings

Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
