Re-design of our website to improve UX and enhance brand identity.

Success will be an improvement in UX and ability for users to find what they need. Priority is to improve speed and desire to sign up to the mailing list

Project Plan-

1. Review requirements and existing designs- Assess usability and cohesive branding of existing design.
2. Competitor research in the fam-tech and social network space
3. Redesign - with focus on joining the mailing list - for individuals and partnerships
4. Finalize- provide redesign and user feedback

• Design Audit- audit the current user flow to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Competitive research - analysis of fam-tech and social network space - design strengths and weaknesses, with actionable recommendations
• User research- research plans, screener surveys, user interviews, and/or persona development to better understand users
• Usability testing- key will be ease of signing up for different stakeholders, with detailed user feedback
• Redesign and/or redesign recommendations- design improved flows for the distinct user types. Workshop ideas and turn those into wireframes or mockups that show exactly how the solution could work
• Prototype- once high fidelity mockups are complete, design can be implemented within Wix or documented in detail

I will make myself available at times that suit learners, including those that are also managing full-time jobs/families.

I will:

• make all resources available
• schedule catch ups, on or off-line to suit the learners pace and schedules
• respond within one day (or a few hours, depending on time zone)
• allow learners to share their work
