The problem: Global Sensor Systems (GSS) is innovating their product. We deal directly with distributors and fleet managers, but we want to get feedback from the end users: THE DRIVERS.

The solution: We need to do market research to better understand what drivers want in a system like ours.

The outcome: We have hundreds of systems out there- we have been doing this for 45 years! Do some primary market research and collect feedback from the drivers using our systems!

Activities:

1. Situational and environmental analysis explaining what our industry looks like, a complete analysis of our competitors in the market, proper SWOT analysis of our business, and also customer analysis.
2. Marketing strategy, product/service focus, and goal setting for this new product
3. Developing proper Marketing Mix for your product
4. Primary market research - we have allocated $200 to assist with this. If there is a survey, respondents could win a prize!
5. Control and monitor research campaign.

Staff time:
Director of Marketing (Caroline)- 1 day a week, 9-5 email, phone, zoom, text.

Digital Marketing Coordinator (Kyle)- 3 days a week 9-5 (Newfoundland time) email, phone, zoom, text.
