The consultant's role also involves making suggestions for the implementation process, and if suggestions are decided to be implemented, they are to take part in the implementation, ensuring that AI features are effectively integrated into LocalStudent's workflow. By working towards this this goal, the learner plays a role in modernizing and streamlining the company's operational processes.

• Assessment of Current Operations: Conduct an evaluation of LocalStudent's existing operations to identify areas where AI can be effectively integrated for automation and cost reduction.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices to determine the most suitable AI solutions for LocalStudent's specific needs.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to define clear and specific requirements for AI implementation, considering both short-term and long-term goals.
• Solution Design: Create a detailed plan outlining the AI solutions, algorithms, and technologies to be used, along with a timeline for implementation.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather relevant data required for AI training and fine-tuning. Analyze this data to ensure its quality and relevance for the chosen AI applications.
• Testing and Validation: testing AI systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with performance benchmarks. Iterate and refine as necessary.
• Integration: Work closely with LocalStudent's IT teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into the existing infrastructure and workflow.

Students will work closely with the project manager who is supervising and available for questions. They will be shown how LocalStudent's operations currently work and be shown the areas that are in most need of automation. They will be tasked with researching different AI tools that could be used for automating these areas for LocalStudent. If their suggestions are chosen, they will help integrate the solution into the operations of LocalStudent Inc.
