Details

At Tuuli, we're building domain specific AI for architects.

When building any good product, it's important to deeply understand the needs of our users.

The objective of this project is to capture real‑world architecture firm workflows and codify them into clear, standardized process assets that Tuuli can use to power and validate AI‑assisted workflows.

Goals

  • Document high‑impact workflows across design and CA based on your past experience.
  • For each workflow, produce a clear and precise walkthrough of the workflow. Identify inputs/outputs, tools, and data touchpoints (Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, file types, fields).

Bonus

  • Validate each workflow through interviews or research and iterate based on feedback.
Deliverables

Outcomes

  • A list of architecture workflows that accurately reflect practice and are ready for AI enablement.
  • Clarity in how recurring tasks are executed, reducing ambiguity and handoff friction.
  • A strong ability to create clear and precise process flow diagrams.

Deliverables

  • Write‑ups per workflow covering detailed steps, inputs/outputs, tools, acceptance criteria, exceptions.
