We would like you to develop and test a series of pricing model options and present an effective data-based pricing model recommendation for our soon to be introduced mobile application. You should conduct primary and secondary research to confirm your recommendation is validated by our target customer in this market.


To accomplish this, we believe you will need to conduct the following research:


  1. Our organization’s costs, target customer, revenue targets, and business goals.
  2. The competitive landscape of our product.
  3. Organizing focus groups, surveys, and/or customer discovery interviews to get input and feedback on potential pricing models.


We plan to enter market in Q1 2024 with a data-based pricing strategy so that we can have a successful launch.

Deliverables

Final deliverables should include:


  1. A written report including an Executive Summary that illustrates your research findings and recommendations on our pricing model.
  2. A visual presentation of your research findings and recommendations.
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. We will have weekly touchpoints to ensure progress is going smoothly and that we're here to help in any way possible.
