By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Understanding of Rhozeland's business strategy and goals.
- Development of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
- Creation of content for various digital platforms.
- Optimization of the company's website for SEO.
- Testing and implementation of the digital marketing strategy.
Final deliverables should include:
- A written report outlining the digital marketing strategy.
- A presentation summarizing the project and its results.
All source code for the website optimization.
At the end of the project, students are expected to demonstrate a profound comprehension of Rhozeland's business strategy and objectives. They will develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with these goals. This will involve crafting compelling content for multiple digital platforms and optimizing the company's website to enhance search engine optimization (SEO). Additionally, students will need to conduct tests and implement the digital marketing strategy to ensure its efficacy.
To improve readability and comprehension, the list of objectives and deliverables will be presented as bullet points. Furthermore, specific details and examples will be provided to better illustrate what is expected of the students. Lastly, information about the target audience and how the digital marketing strategy will effectively reach and engage them will be included.
SECTION 1
Our training goals and expected training outcomes within the tenure will include the following:
- The ability to work remotely, managing your schedule and workload
- Branding and company guideline expectations
- Relationship building and community networking from our expansion to the digital space
Within our first month, we plan on approaching our training and support with these tasks:
Week 1
- On-boarding & orientation of roles and departments within Rhozeland
- Technologies and software overview and familiarization
Week 2:
- Delegation of Tasks and Responsibilities for current projects
Week 3-4+:
- Constant communication and annual reviews as required
SECTION 2
Employer Evaluation:
The following are our key performance indicators for this position regarding updates to ensure current project deliverables/tasks:
- A minimum of one weekly scheduled meeting and work session lasting two hours.
- Commitment to fulfilling a certain number of hours at 894 College Street.
- Responsibility and professionalism, such as punctuality and decency toward other people, are essential in meeting the expectations of Rhozeland's vision.
- Ability to communicate & be accountable for sudden changes in direction and company management
- Company culture impact and willingness to use resources

Trainee's Evaluation:
We would like to evaluate our trainee's feedback through our areas in the following department:
- Skillset and knowledge impact on future developments
