The goal of this project is to refine and consolidate the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the AI SaaS platform. This strategy will integrate market research, product positioning, marketing, and sales plans into a cohesive roadmap for launching and scaling the platform. The GTM strategy will ensure the alignment of pre-sale, sales, and partnership efforts with the overall market-entry objectives. The intern will be responsible for refining the GTM plan, ensuring that it is clear, actionable, and geared toward achieving rapid market traction, securing partnerships, attracting investors, and generating early sales.

The goal of this project is to refine, enhance, and complete the existing draft of the business plan. The business plan will serve as a comprehensive roadmap that outlines the strategic direction, market positioning, marketing and sales strategy, financial projections, and operational strategies for the AI SaaS platform. The intern will leverage the existing draft and refine key areas such as marketing, sales, and financial projections to create a polished, investor-ready document.
Helpdesk Support Implementation and Refinement for AI SaaS Platform in Legal Services
The goal of this project is for learners to refine and execute the helpdesk support system for Justice Chatbot Inc.'s AI-powered platform for legal service providers. While foundational strategies are already in place, students will have the opportunity to refine these strategies where necessary and take the lead in executing the plan and serving as the helpdesk team . This hands-on project allows learners to apply their technical and customer service skills, managing live inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and interacting directly with customers in a real-world setting.
