PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET: GET Payroll Solutions is the parent company for North Star Payroll, a payroll processing software. North Star Payroll is developing a new employee service offering called Comp Hub. This new service will offer employees the chance to design their own compensation plan based on the parameters set out by their employer, something not currently offered in the market today. The project scope is to make a detailed plan on how we are going to roll out these features in the form of a presentation that we can deliver to both investors in the project as well as to potential customers. To do this we will need to validate the key features, research if we might be missing much needed/wanted features; identify our target market (industry/sector); gather intel on our direct and indirect competitors; develop a marketing strategy and create our sales/revenue model.
