Red Iron Labs provides Custom solutions using Augmented Reality (AR), and Virtual Reality (VR) to create simulations for training, and education. We are looking for students to help answer questions: Who is the market for the Social VR and how do we brand ourselves to compete with existing products? (target segment exploration) The original intent of Social VR: - a business meeting multiplayer software application in VR that is simple to use; current products on the market are not simple - reusable toolbox; ie ability to save environments - easy log in process linked to calendar invites Additional insights on: - Analyse the current marketing environment, trends, customer behaviour, consumer markets, market segments and targets; - Analyse current consumer markets, and trends; - Generate potential client list and justify selection/leads (US and Canada); - Research and identify consumer and business markets that are region specific/generate potential client list and justify selection/leads (US and Canada).

We are seeking students to complete a comprehensive report covering the following areas: -Analyse the current marketing environment, trends, customer behaviour, consumer markets, market segments and targets - Research and identify grants and organizations which can provide funding for R&D and scaling of games - Research and analyse pricing models and recommend strategy - Research and identify distribution channels - Recommend product strategy and marketing through product life cycle - Forecast demand - Elements of successful products

Healthcare: Product and Brand Placement Strategy for CareGiVR
The CareGiVR project (in development) will create a VR training platform for caregiver competencies allowing them to interact with virtual patients who demonstrate a wide range of emotions and illnesses including dementia produced through AI and performance capture. Increased training will lead to increased self-efficacy in caregivers, and better health outcomes for patients. Red Iron Labs is looking for support and assistance from students with: - Research and identify consumer and business markets/potential clients (US and Canada) - Research and identify grants and foundations which can provide funding for R&D and scaling of platform - Analyse the current marketing environment, trends, customer behaviour, consumer markets, market segments and targets - Research and analyse pricing models and recommend strategy - Research and identify distribution channels - Recommend product strategy and marketing through product life cycle - Forecast demand - Analyse elements of successful products - Product branding and market niche strategies
