Merchant Mastery

As a subsidiary of Social Lite , Merchant Mastery is an online training center for Shopify store owners that was launched in 2020. We provide courses that help Merchants with their sales and marketing strategy. The main objective is to bring more value to our current eCommerce merchants in our Elite Merchant Mastery program. Therefore we would like to find out more about eCommerce Shopify Store Owners & our Merchants in regards to what marketing services (in the form of courses) they would like to have. Some of the main questions we would like to uncover are: What pricing in relation to their revenue would they like to have? What service options would they like added or improved? Why take our course rather than our competitors (differentiators)?

Merchant Mastery

As a subsidiary of Social Lite , Merchant Mastery is an online training centre for Shopify store owners that was launched in 2020. We provide courses that help merchants with their sales and marketing strategy by focusing on four key areas: - Offers - Conversion Rate Optimization - Ads - Emails We have had over 160 students take a course through Merchant Mastery in 2020. Our goal for 2021 is to double our enrollment . We are currently working on a 9-week master course that will be the biggest and most comprehensive course we have offered to date. This course will launch in Q1 of 2021. For the purpose of this project, we are looking for innovative ways to increase awareness of Merchant Mastery and thus increase our enrollment rate. We currently have a weekly newsletter (130 subscribers), a podcast , a Facebook group (over 1,000 members), and an Instagram account.
