Lane was absolutely great to work for. He was clear with what he wanted us to accomplish. He was always flexible and available when we had questions or needed anything from him. He is a very smart person who was able to understand our technical explanations and provide us with helpful feedback and suggestions. And he is also very nice and understanding, and he's the type of person you want to do a good good job for just because he's a genuinely nice person.
