Looking for students to research and write articles on travel/destinations. This can come from personal experience (10 Things to Do in Barcelona, Off the Beaten Path in Chicago, Hidden Gems in County Kerry, Things to Look for in a Hostel) or as a research project (i.e., Top Tips for Multigenerational Travel, Humanitarian Student Travel, Planning a Trip With Friends: What to Avoid, etc.). Students with excellent writing skills and an interest in travel would be ideal candidates for this project. Looking for students to discover and interview people who have studied, interned, worked, or taught overseas. As part of the 2014 White House Summit on Global Citizenship and Study Abroad, we’ve published over a thousand profiles of people with international experiences. Usually, this is done in the format of email interviews. However, if a student has the desire or expertise to create video interviews, or in a podcast format, we can work together to find a way to create such content and showcase the student’s skills in this area. Students with excellent writing skills and an interest in international experiences and cultures would be ideal candidates for this project.
