It was an absolute pleasure collaborating with OneTeamMVMT and working under the guidance of Lisa Carriere. Throughout the project, I had the opportunity to enhance the organization’s website, optimize SEO performance, and set up Google Ad Grants to help increase visibility and engagement. The experience was incredibly rewarding, as I gained valuable hands-on experience in website development, branding, and digital marketing strategies. Lisa provided clear guidance and consistent feedback, which helped me stay aligned with the organization’s mission and goals. I really appreciated the experience and learned a lot about management and communications skills.

Working with Lisa and the rest of OneTeamMVMT has been such an educational, warm, and positive learning/working experience for me. The team has been so kind in welcoming me into their world and I learned so much through the whole process! It inspired me and showed me a side of competitive sports I didn't even know existed. Lisa was incredibly generous to offer me this project in a space I was dying to get into. I will always remember her giving me my first opportunity in the sports media space. I feel very lucky to have worked with an organization I feel so close to and I really enjoyed my work on this project.

Professional fun and organized!!!

The team of people at One Team Mvmt organizing this project where so amazing to work with. I had a really positive experience with them. It is clear that they are very passionate about their organization and motivated to provide a good experience and more opportunities for those who attend either events. They were very organized and encouraging leaders. I learned a lot from them about what it takes to plan and execute events and seminars as well as being a good leader and role model to those around me.

OTM is wonderful! They allowed me to be so creative, explore the skills I found interesting, and provided great ideas and feedback for how to expand the project!

Lisa was amazing an amazing employer she was always available to hop on a call and meeting to provide support to make sure the projects were always going successfully.
