Market Expansion Research & Data Collection
We are ready to take our B2B business to the next level. Presently we only exist in one market but it’s time to grow! Our company requires some assistance is assessing our customer landscape outside of our current territory. We want to learn more about customer’s expectations and behaviours in suggested new regions. It is important for us to stay up to date on industry standards to ensure that we research new locations fully and completely before choosing to enter. We have some ideas of where we would like to go but we need to make sure that we consider all available options before making a decision. Include a roadmap along targets email contact. To consider: which markets align with our current one? Where are there buyers that we have yet to reach? What are the pros and cons to expanding our operations? What potential competitors exist in new locations? What legal protocol will need to be considered? In addition, creating a spreadsheet with locations and buyers.
Newsletter Development and Publishing
We are looking for a student to help develop, create and set up automated monthly a Mailchimp automated a newsletter that supports our organizations' B2B business development & direct to consumer outreach. We think this project will include: Creating a monthly newsletter with helpful information so readers feel inspired. One for B2B & one for DTC Creating and soliciting materials to be published. Determining the features of a publication. Setting and enforcing deadlines. Making a final determination about what will be published in an issue. Coordinating frequency of publication. Overseeing all operations of a publication.
Social Enterprise B-Corporation & Best Natural Beauty Certification Plan
To achieve B-Corporation certification, our company must receive a minimum score on social and environmental performance. This is an online assessment that is overseen by the independent body that certifies B-Corporations (the B Lab). The assessment covers our entire operations and measures our impact in governance, workers, community, the environment, as well as our products and services. We also must integrate sustainability commitments to stakeholders into our governing documents. Brand Community Cross Brand Event Plan
Our brand is expanding our community outreach, and brand awareness by creating an event to launch this summer that will include cross brand inclusion with like minded brands/organizations. The event will be both experiential and educational on self care, eco living geared to our customer demographic in a public weekend event we will offer and execute. Our brand is also looking to expand it’s in person community footprint to embrace our customers with the brand philosophies of sustainability. Project could include the following stages: Research into museum market to identify key trends and opportunities as well as competitors Research demographic to determine who they are and why they would visit our event Develop recommendations for event wellness activities and speakers to include in the event Create spreadsheet of contacts: brands; speakers, wellness experts Design recommendations along with implementation plan with costs Present your recommendations for consideration
