We are looking for a student who can help with the following: Graphic Design: can help generate imagery / screenshots / media to use for website. This can be from sourcing to building from scratch with UI kits. Copywriting: can help with marketing content and copy. Can help with building out our asset library. Optimization: can help with the optimization of the new website. Full on-page / off-page SEO techniques. Code: can help with the building of individual assets like: resource center, new blog template (to match new design).

Product Manager Intern
Positions available: 1 In this role, you will act as a Product Manager and work closely with the Product Management Financial Services Solutions team. You will work with our Innovation team to identify differentiation opportunities for a new NexJ product. By the end of this Riipen project you will have researched the competitive landscape, reviewed unique propositions with our industry experts and proposed a differentiated solution for the company to take to market. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Review current designs for proposed new product · Identify opportunities for differentiation in the market · Research market for comparable offers · Create competitive business case for the new product
HR Onboarding Specialist
Positions available: 1 In this role, you will act as an onboarding specialist, and will be working alongside the Director, HR and HR Generalist. You will be on a mission to discover what an 11/10 onboarding experience looks like for a new hire. By the end of this Riipen project, you will have curated, organized, streamlined, and overseen the entire onboarding process for NexJ new hires. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Audit and evaluate our current onboarding process Research HRM best practices Develop an engaging and effective remote onboarding experience, based on best practices and our organizational needs Build out new training & development initiatives via learning paths in Udemy Assist with employee relations by brainstorming innovative and engaging remote employee events Review, understand and lead the transfer of NexJ University technical onboarding/training to Udemy for a seamless onboarding experience
