Great experience

I’m grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Wouessi Inc. and to have gained valuable experience during my time there. From the start, the company made an effort to make new employees feel welcome and part of the team, which I appreciated. The role allowed me to grow professionally and connect with some truly talented individuals. That said, there were certain aspects of the work environment and management practices that I found challenging and, at times, discouraging. I believe there’s room for improvement in terms of communication, support, and fostering a more positive and inclusive workplace culture. I wish the company continued success and hope to see it evolve in ways that better support its employees’ growth.

Overall, communication from within the company was lacking and inconsistent. The scope of deliverables and deadlines were not very relevant to the role, and urgent tasks often expected to be finished with little notice. Feedback was limited as well.
