Food Delivery App UI/UX Design
We at Speedy Snacks would like to design & create a new tablet app that will be used by our fulfillment partners to receive orders, set menu items, and view reports. Currently we use third party apps but would like to develop our own app that's designed specifically for convenience stores rather than restaurants and combines multiple delivery partners in one app. We use webflow to design but are open to any tools you would like to use.
Data Acquisition, Web Scraping, APIs - Python & MySQL
We at Speedy Snacks would like to improve our back end data acquisition systems. Currently we have to manually copy transaction data from partner websites that is unavailable through an API so we would like to automate the process. We are looking for students proficient in Python. Some understanding of Scrapy, Scrapy Splash, Selenium, BeautifulSoup, regex, xpath, javascript, CSS, and HTML would also go a long way. They will be tasked with automating the process of copying transaction data from our partners websites and storing it in our database for further processing.
Mobile App Design & Development - Flutter, Python, Websockets
We at Speedy Snacks would like to design & create a new app that will be used by our fulfillment partners to receive orders, set menu items, and view reports. Currently we use third party apps but would like to develop our own app that's designed specifically for convenience stores rather than restaurants. We use webflow to design but are open to any tools you would like to use. Once designed, the app will be developed using Flutter, which works natively on both Android and iOS. Our back end currently runs on Python, Django, and MySQL. We will be implementing websockets to allow for 2 way messaging between the app and our servers. Depending on the level of commitment the goal for the project may range from delivering a design that can be used to develop a working Android app or an actual working Android application.

Speedy Snacks is a growing startup that experiences new challenges every other day. We're offering a virtual internship opportunity for a student to learn how the business operates from bottom to top in order to find ways to make things more efficient, automate tasks, and grow the business. Students complete work in the following areas: Content management - Edit product images and write descriptions. Market Research - Identify new locations for expansion. Products & pricing. Marketing/Social Media - Post content to social media Project Management - Weekly meetings and join slack channel for a variety of software projects currently under development. Web Control Panel Design & Development
Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for a student or team of students. We at Speedy Snacks would like to add functionality to our back end systems in order to allow us to scale. Current control panel functionality includes product management, location management, and landing page management. We would like to add the ability to manage other processes and content through our web based control panel. The project would require web pages be designed and developed for: Billing - Invoicing Management Sales Performance - Reporting Social Media Content - Launch, Manage, & Report Mapping - visualize existing and prospective locations using Google Maps API Teams may do both design & development or just design or development depending on their abilities & commitment level. We use webflow to design and generate html & css and we can provide you with access. Our website currently runs on Python, Flask, and MySQL. The new designs will be integrated into our current systems.

We are able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for a student or team of students to develop a social media campaign for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, and YouTube.
