As an employer, your role is crucial. We expect you to maintain regular communication with the learners, provide essential guidance and information, and participate virtually in the final presentation. Your constructive feedback will help shape the learning experience, ensuring that students receive professional insights as they navigate their projects on the Riipen platform.
Learners
At the conclusion of this collaboration, employers will receive a final report summarizing the project's main findings and recommendations. Additionally, learners will present their results in a final presentation, where they will address any questions from the employer, showcasing their understanding and insights gained throughout the project.
