Project Examples

Requirements

In this project, senior students, working in teams of 2 or 3, will apply their knowledge of lean startup methodologies and business strategy, supported by the Business Model Canvas (BMC), to help develop your new business model by looking into customer segments, customer relationships, channels, revenue streams, value proposition, key resources, key activities, key partners and cost structure.

This approach has been successfully used across the world and received positive reviews both in terms of its simplicity as well as the ability to streamline the innovator’s business idea at the very early stage.

As a startup, you may not have the resources to fully develop your business. Let our senior students help you every step of the way!

Project examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzing your product development cycle including learning processes, customer discovery, hypothesis testing, and other internal processes to suggest improvements.
  • Analyzing the competitive environment in your industry.
  • Creating a Business Model Canvas for an existing or potential business and outlining strategic changes to your organization’s value proposition.
  • Optimizing business processes and strategies.
