For Winter 2022, we have third and fourth-year marketing students, who will work in teams work to tackle your company's marketing needs.

Please note: Your initial acceptance in this project does not guarantee that the Professor will select your organization. We will be contacting each organization to ensure that the scope of the project fits the requirements of this class.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

You can expect your team of students to produce a written marketing research report, as well as a high level virtual presentation of the key findings.

Project Examples

Requirements

Based on your company interests and problem presentation, the team will explore an agreed upon marketing project. Projects involve identifying a management/marketing research problem and then:

- Developing a research strategy through marketing research concepts

- Collecting qualitative and quantitative data to analyze and interpret for the CP

- Proposing recommendations to solve the marketing problem

- Creating a sound marketing research report to help solve the problem

The exact project scope and topic will depend based on your company's needs and your competitive landscape.

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Virtually attend the initial pitch, presentation proposal, and project updates presentation. Virtually or in-person attend the final presentation sessions.

Be available for a quick virtual meeting or phone call with the experiential learning facilitator to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.

Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.
