Bring on students from Holland College to be your learner-consultant in a project-based experience. Students will work on one focused project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as the project plan develops leading into managed project implementation.
Students in this program/experience apply the applications, tools and techniques learned throughout the program. This includes the ability to integrate project processes, collaborate, analyze, strategize and propose/defend unique project solutions.
This list of project examples is by no means exhaustive. If you have another project idea related to recruitment and selection, please use Riipen’s in-app chat to contact the professor, who will work with you to determine if it’s a fit for this assignment
Firm project deliverables include:
- Project Charter: collaborative development and approval between the student and your organizations representative.
- Project-Based Reporting: format and content development with timely execution/distribution.
- Project Schedule: develop, update and distribute.
- Project Presentation: develop, compose and present a final report detailing the project parameters, actions, inputs/outputs, lessons learned and final outcomes.
