Patricia Uptegrove has over 25 years of experience managing global teams and initiatives. A Bachelor and Masters in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa plus an MBA with George Washington University, Pat has lived the international experience working with Fortune 100 companies in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Now living on PEI, Pat has been working with Canadian companies including those based on PEI as well as teaching at UPEI’s Faculty of Business. She has enjoyed her new role with the Holland College team building the new Post-Grad Project Management Program and now acts as a Learning Manager in the areas of; Business Principles, Leadership, Communications, Quality and Procurement as well as instructing and managing the Capstone Projects. When not in the classroom Pat loves working in the garden, at her “always being renovated” Victorian house, with her faithful four-legged friends.

Looking to elevate your organization and bring it to the next level? Bring on students from Holland College to be your learner-consultant in a project-based experience. Students will work on one focused project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as the project plan develops leading into managed project implementation. Students in this program/experience apply the applications, tools and techniques learned throughout the program. This includes the ability to integrate project processes, collaborate, analyze, strategize and propose/defend unique project solutions.
