Student teams will reach out to you beginning the week of October 12th to discuss the functioning of your organization. You can anticipate this meeting taking no longer than one hour.

They will reach out to you again for feedback on their findings to date in the first two weeks of November. This information will help the students complete their final recommendation report, which you will receive.

Your student team will interview an employee/owner of an organization. The questions have the objective to identify in which stage of the organizational lifecycle the company is positioned.
The group must respond to the following:
1. Which phase of the Organizational Lifecycle describes better an organization studied (see chart below)?
2. Provide 3 suggestions for this company to develop towards, return to, or stay at the Prime phase.
3. In terms of implementation strategy, where should the organization start and why (i.e., Sub-system Authorance, Teleological, or Rewards).
The organization will receive a copy of the students' final report for this project.
Learners
Your company will get the report from the team which will include recommendations on how to improve functioning within the organization and the individuals within it.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
Be available for a quick phone call with the Experiential Learning Facilitator to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.
Ensure timely transfer of information and firm commitment to scheduled meetings to support project success.
Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.
