Project Examples

Requirements

Students can complete a substantial marketing project for your organization over the placement period. We suggest providing a starting project, but as the placement goes on there may be other duties or projects the student is asked to complete as well. Providing a central project creates structure for the internship, and gives the student (and company) a tangible goal.

Bishop's University students can complete projects in a number of marketing and public relations areas. Project examples may include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing reporting functionality for all facets of the business.
  • Developing and enhancing models that drive important business decisions.
  • Analyzing and organizing available data to help in all business facets.
  • Organizing and improving reports for marketing, sales and finance.
  • Researching, shopping and implementing analytics tools.
  • Helping establish and track KPIs.
  • Conducting market research.
  • Providing strategic input and feedback on different marketing initiatives.
