This course provides an overview of the role that compensation and rewards management plays in organizational success. Students will learn how to assess the internal and external environment and use that information to design a total rewards structure that aligns HR strategy with organizational goals.

Project Examples

Requirements

Some examples of projects that students can accomplish within the scope of this course are:

1. Assessment of strategic alignment between existing compensation system and organizational goals;

2. Design of a compensation strategy, including recommendations for types of compensation and pay values;

3. Job evaluation of selected job titles;

4. Recommendations for implementing and monitoring proposed changes.
