Students will be able to:

  • Identify human resource needs based on strategic obejctives
  • Develop a recruitment strategy, including recruitment methods and materials
  • Develop a selection strategy, including recommendation for selection measures, templates and guides for suggested measures, and decision-making process

A representative of the company will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project.

A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the course to review the project scope.

A representative of the company will be available to attend two short presentations during the term and provide feedback on the content.
