This LEVEL UP Motion Graphics Template Creator will...

  • work for 80 hours to complete a minimum of 6 motion graphics text lower thirds templates in Adobe After Effects for a variety of video projects being developed at IISB
  • work with a production team of video production specialists
  • work on of Indigenous experts, knowledge keepers, and world changers
  • recieve instruction and support on the process of creating the templates in Adobe After Effects
  • develop a portfolio of professional assets to use in future job searches as well as networking with a vast array of professionals

We’re looking for someone who has…

  • ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member with people from diverse backgrounds
  • able to learn and work with other software systems including Cloud storage
  • ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • strong attention to details
  • excellent time management skills
  • strong organizational and planning skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• ability to work in Adobe After Effects to create lower thirds motion graphics

• can demonstrate an ability and a passion for building bridges between Indigenous and non-indigenous peoples.

• can demonstrate a professional level of skill in working with After Effects and working on a team of video professionals.

• ability to take constructive criticism and utilize as steppingstones to their growth and development.

WORK CONDITIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• able to work independently and from home

• have sufficient computer and reliable internet access

DUTIES:

• attend scheduled virtual planning meetings

• participate in IISB orientation and training

• collaborate with teams to create video assets
