Deliverables

Hard Skills:

By completing these tasks, students will develop and showcase a combination of hard skills (content creation, editing, research, prospecting digital marketing, analytics) and soft skills (communication, creativity, collaboration, time management, adaptability) necessary for a successful awareness content creation and marketing campaign in the local news media startup.

Mentorship

The mentor will provide guidance, training, and feedback to support students in completing their assigned tasks and projects. They will offer instructions, tools and resources, helping students understand the expectations and develop their skills. The mentor will review their work, provide constructive feedback, and assist in problem-solving. They will foster collaboration, offer career advice, and motivate students, creating a supportive environment that promotes personal and professional growth throughout the work experience period.
