Details

The objective of this project is to generate early interest and commitment from clients, partners, and investors before the official launch of the SaaS platform. Building on the initial groundwork already completed, which includes the preliminary setup of the waiting list system and initial marketing strategy, this project will focus on refining and expanding these efforts. Key tasks include enhancing the marketing strategy, finalizing legal and operational setups, showcasing AI capabilities, and managing data collection for Large Language Model (LLM) training.

Deliverables

Marketing Strategy Document:

  • A comprehensive document outlining the marketing strategy for the pre-sale, including target audience, key messages, channels, and tactics.

Promotional Materials:

  • Social Media Graphics and Posts: A set of designed graphics and copy for social media platforms.
  • Email Newsletter Templates: Templates for email campaigns to engage potential users and provide updates.
  • Website Banners and Promotional Images: Banners and images to be used on the website to attract and capture interest.

Content Calendar:

  • A detailed calendar outlining the schedule for releasing marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and updates.

Pre-Sale System Setup:

  • Landing Page: A functional landing page for collecting pre-sale registrations and user interest.
  • Legal Terms and Privacy Policies: Drafted and approved legal terms and privacy policies related to the pre-sale.

Investor and Partner Engagement Plan:

  • A plan outlining strategies and materials for engaging with potential investors and partners, including pitch decks and meeting agendas.

Feedback and Performance Reports:

  • User Feedback Summary: A report summarizing feedback collected from early registrants and potential users.
  • Campaign Performance Report: An analysis of marketing campaign performance, including metrics and recommendations for optimization.
