Salary range: Commission, C4P Digital assets (may apply)
Students or Teams: We can accept up to 5 students, working individually or as a team.
Background:
Choco4Peace is a multi-institutional movement that supports constructing and sustaining peace by generating positive socioeconomic and environmental outcomes in post-conflict regions through the empowerment of women, youth, indigenous and other at-risk people in the cacao & chocolate sector by providing access to markets, financial models and disruptive technologies.

The primary focus for the student will be:
To develop and manage sales accounts focusing on buyers of premium quality, post-conflict Colombian fino de aroma cacao and chocolate products, including medium-sized bean-to-bar chocolate makers, hotels, restaurants, NGOs and other private companies.
Our goal at the end of this experience is:
To have developed new business for Choco4Peace in North America, South America, and Europe.
Other duties student may complete could include:
- Establish short-term strategic goals and objectives in alignment with the strategic plan and the business plan
- Maintain direct sales management relationships with a wide variety of clients
- Maintain regular contact with key accounts to significantly improve Choco4peace’s relationship and ensure that programs are executed in a timely and value-added way.
- Oversee and monitor client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction across all areas of responsibility
- Engage with senior decision-makers and build the strategic business case to differentiate the company, attract interest, and address customers' needs.
- Ensure proper records are kept within C4P’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Other duties as required
