The main goal for the project is to conduct market research interviews with condo and HOA management companies to investigate their interest in a ticket/support system.


This will involve understanding the needs and pain points of these companies and determining if there is a demand for a system like the one BoardSpace offers.

Deliverables

- Conducting interviews with condo and HOA management companies to gather information on their current processes and pain points.


- Analyzing the data collected from the interviews to identify common needs and trends.


- Creating a report summarizing the findings and recommendations for the development of a ticket/support system.

Mentorship

Preparation of any relevant resources and assets in advance of the kickoff call


Be available for a regular weekly check-in call


Be responsive throughout the collaboration to ensure progress is not blocked.
