Getting ready to launch our first natural wound/skin care product.
KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES: All activities will be supervised by co-founders of the company. Activities will be limited or added based on weekly meetings and progress
- Identify 3 contract manufacturers each in Canada and the USA for producing a pilot batch of the product
- Determine cost of goods produced after consulting with suppliers and manufacturers
- Determine price of the product based on COGs and 5 top competing products
- Identify 3 wholesale and 5 retail distributors of over the counter (OTC) medicines in Canada and the US each
IDEAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Number of students required: 2, preferably in Business, Pharmacy, Medicine
FINAL DELIVERABLES:
- Notes and/r graphs based on completed activities
