The main goal for the project is to conduct Value Stream Mapping (research, analysis, insights, and recommendations) related to the courses offered by Practice PPE Exams, which help aspiring engineers get licensed. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:

- Understanding the current process of course delivery and licensing support.

- Analyzing the existing data on the success rates of aspiring engineers using the courses.

- Identifying areas of improvement in the value stream for the courses.

- Developing recommendations for streamlining the licensing process and improving the quality of courses.

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:

- A comprehensive analysis of the current value stream for the courses.

- Insights into the areas of improvement and bottlenecks in the process.

- Recommendations for optimizing the licensing support and course delivery.

- A report outlining the research, analysis, and recommendations for the value stream mapping.
