go-to-market strategy financial modeling fundraisingThe goal for this project is to develop a 5 year strategy and pro-forma financial model for our company. The strategy will include integrating the various functional goals into a consolidated long-term roadmap for the business with identified milestones. This strategy will be supported by a financial model that includes revenues, profit, valuation, and estimated fundraising needs over the next 5 years.
Students will need to review our competitive assessment and draft GTM strategy, understand the vision and mission of the company, develop a clear set of activities in detail for 1 year with high level plans for years 2-5, complete the pro forma model, and develop a compelling and clear presentation that tells the story.
We will be available on a weekly basis to answer questions and brainstorm with students.
