- Conducting market research to identify the needs and preferences of engineers in Canada and potential new markets.

- Developing an idea for a new product based on the identified needs and preferences.

- Testing the idea with a focus group of aspiring engineers to gather feedback and make improvements.

- Creating a marketing strategy for the new product, including pricing, distribution, and promotion plans.

- Collaborating with the company's team to ensure the new product aligns with the company's mission and values.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:

- Idea generation for a new product with documentation of how the company might develop it and make iterations over time.

- Marketing strategy for the new product, including pricing, distribution, and promotion plans.
