Status: Project based - 80 hours per student

Background:
Choco4Peace is a multi-institutional movement that supports constructing and sustaining peace by generating positive socioeconomic and environmental outcomes in post-conflict regions through the empowerment of women, youth, indigenous and other at-risk people in the cacao & chocolate sector by providing access to markets, financial models and disruptive technologies.

The primary focus for the student will be:
To develop engaging content for social media and blog posts under a marketing strategy, where they will be divided into topics and marketing funnel sections. Each post will require research as well as the incorporation of SEO parameters and hashtags given by Choco4Peace. Each post should have a 2-3 sentence description of the graphic concept for our design team to develop under our brand guide.
Our team uses four social media channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
Our goal at the end of this project is:
To have built a community of engaged customers and prospects through content for C4P’s social media platforms.
Other duties student may complete could include:
- Research and craft inspiring and informative content in many formats (web, email, others) to help build a movement around peacebuilding, disruptive technology, chocolate, ecological intelligence, innovative finance, and international development.
- Tailor blog content.
- Learn everything you can about the space in which C4P operates, and bring a creative perspective to it.
- Develop content campaigns and thematic initiatives.
- Collaborate to craft presentations, panels and other media opportunities for our executive team.
- Research publication opportunities with journalists, influencers, and even academic journals.
