Grafley, an innovative, 'no sugar added' ice cream brand is in the stages of finalizing manufacturing in Ontario. We are looking for a comparative study report analyzing the frozen food supply chain that considers cost, location, size, and overall best fit for our startup. The report will help us determine:

1 - which warehouse to use for dry ingredient storage,

2 - which warehouse to use for finished product storage,

3 - which transportation service to use for delivery of ingredients to warehouse, and

4 - which transportation service for delivery to customer (retailer or end-consumer)

The deliverable for the project is a report that:

- is structured in the above-mentioned criteria,

- lists storage warehouses and transport companies that operate/service Ontario

- lists the costs and key metrics required for making a decision

- summarizes the findings and provides recommendations for short term and long term partnerships with such space/service providers.
