Details

The main goal for the project is to build a workshop that will train mid-level managers in developing their resilience and being more adaptable. The workshop has to include one or two simple and yet sturdy frameworks to understand resilience and adaptability, as well as practical insights in how to best evaluate a situation and identify approaches that will generate more resilience and overall support a better adaptation to an ever-changing environment.

Deliverables

- Develop a curriculum for the workshop that includes frameworks for understanding resilience and adaptability.

- Create practical exercises and case studies to help managers evaluate situations and identify approaches for building resilience and adaptability.

- Design and deliver the workshop to top mid-level managers.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of the workshop through feedback and assessment.

Mentorship

David, the found, principal and lead trainer of the company will make himself available for a few Q&A sessions where the students will be invited to ask questions and have a conversation about their own ideas, research and how their work is relevant in elevating Metonomy's existing work with resilience and adaptability.
