We would like students to assist with creating content to align with our marketing objectives pertaining to employee benefits. The student will be given a clear outline of the projects involved.

Benefits Redesigned, was created while working with business clients stating they wanted a better employee benefits plan. Employee retention and attraction are key factors in today's marketplace, to stay competitive. Employee benefits may be a way to answer some of these concerns.

The student will be working on presentations for future events, video creation for educational purposes, social media material and other go-to marketing tools.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

• Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics
• Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization
• Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector
• Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story
• Create educational presentations for employee benefits to share with employers

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. It is important that we share material pertaining to employee benefits, to educate the student with the different options available for employers. Data pertaining to what employees want is available to share with the student.
