I, Stacey Aarssen have been working with small businesses over 16 years to help them find the best health care solution for themselves and their employees. Coming from a family business, I know what it takes to ensure costs are contained and employees are happy. Since 2020, I’ve ramped up my health benefits division, as I see a need for education on what’s available in the industry. Recent clients have seen up to a 20% reduction in costs, in their new health plans, with an increase in customer service from the provider.

Benefits Redesigned's unique offering ensures the client has the best option for their employees, whether it be health benefits or savings plans. Our expertise in employee benefits ensures the client is up to date with plan administrations, avoiding litigation, changes in the industry, and employee satisfaction. Benefits Redesigned is focused on the 5%, that many don’t pay attention to: customer service.  We want to create a blog to strengthen our marketing. We would like to collaborate with students to create blog posts that drive more traffic to our website. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our goals, target market, products and services. Recommending topics for our blog posts. Drafting blog posts relevant to our business. Revising blog posts based on feedback. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending ways to market our blog.

Digital Content Creation

Number of individual students required: 1 I would like students/student to help me with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. I will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Our current environment has created emotional distress in the work place and home. Our focus is to educate employers the solutions available to empower employees to emotional well being. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. A student or team with excellent writing and video skills would be the ideal candidate for this project.

We would like students to assist with creating content to align with our marketing objectives pertaining to employee benefits. The student will be given a clear outline of the projects involved. Benefits Redesigned, was created while working with business clients stating they wanted a better employee benefits plan. Employee retention and attraction are key factors in today's marketplace, to stay competitive. Employee benefits may be a way to answer some of these concerns. The student will be working on presentations for future events, video creation for educational purposes, social media material and other go-to marketing tools. Market Expansion Research

We are ready to take our business to the next level. Presently we work with all small businesses but it’s time to specialize. A lot has to be said about focusing narrow and deep into one industry. Our company requires some assistance is assessing our customer landscape outside of our current general customer territory. We want to learn more about customer’s expectations and behaviours in suggested new regions. It is important for us to stay up to date on industry standards to ensure that we research new industries fully and completely before choosing to enter. We have some ideas of where we would like to go but we need to make sure that we consider all available options before making a decision. Our specific need is an outline of our industry’s expansion opportunities through a location and industry analysis. This report should include an optimal location recommendation list. To consider: which markets align with our current one? Where are there buyers that we have yet to reach? What are the pros and cons to expanding our operations? What potential competitors exist in new locations? We would like this to be partnered with some primary data collection; surveys and research into our present and future consumer to gather insights into buying behaviours and expansion expectations. These should supplement the location recommendations.
